		<description>For the Realtor who insists on taking their own, you certainly do make a big difference.  But, I&#039;m still a fan of a pro.  If you are going to spend the money to fix them, an agent should hire a pro from the outset.  Your work is excellent though.</description>

You are very right with your thoughts and experiments. I work with photographers and realtors as a photo editor and they both have a hell of a difference in their MLS photos. Obviusly photographers are qualified professionals and they know the compositions and they have the perfect gear to take outstanding photos, where as realtors only have a point and shoot camera and they can only take ordinary dark photos like you did. Me being a real estate photo editor always suggest realtors to get their properties photographed by pros to avoid having bad mls photos. However I always offer realtors a chance to  get better images by editing them.
