I saw this today on Twitter from Mike Lefebvre of The Uncommon Agent, and I knew right away that it was going to have place on ‘Why Didn’t My Home Sell?’.
If you need a Realtor in the Boston, Massachusetts area, Mike’s your guy. His suggestion to agents -be the third agent - first. My suggestion to you, my seller friends -hire your third agent - first. Still trying to makes sense of this? So was I until I watched Mike’s excellent video.

I love being the third agent 1st as well as the 2nd and 1st agent 1st - LOL Mike does a nice job with the video. Taking overpriced listings is the definition of a very poor Real Estate agent.
